The manager was warm, friendly professional, helpful and compassionate when confronted with an issue regarding access to our unit while she was out on sick leave. She was open and demonstrated active listening skills as evidenced by her efforts to resolve our issue. I would encourage anyone looking for a storage unit to please visit this location. As a side note, the maintenance employee with the dark brown beard and long hair, was engaged in painting while we were there and yet took time to assist us with accessing the elevator system.
