Very poor experience with the reservation. I reserved a unit a couple days ago on the web site. I rented my U-Haul. My move is this Monday (only a day away). I decided to complete the rental before my move in to make it contactless. I clicked on the button in the reservation email to complete the documents. The Public Storage page now says my reservation is cancelled. The manager must have cancelled it. It's like they used to say on Seinfeld, "They take the reservation but they don't keep the reservation." Checked the site and they raised the rents. This is stress I didn't need.

I been with my storage unit for 2 years and they have always been extremely helpful and kind. Jackie is always answering my 1000 calls with questions and concern and she is always willing to help to her best ability. Rejohney I hope I spelled that correctly , he has been an extreme help with my process oh moving he is very respectful as well as kind! He also is always willing to give a hand when needed! I recommend this storage in Quincy because it’s staff goes above and beyond!!!

Jackie and Alicia were the employees who helped and supported me at my recent visit to Public Storage at the Quincy location. They made. My experience very welcoming, easy and smooth. These ladies really did an amazing job. Jackie was very knowledgeable, kind-hearted, patient, and overall pleasant to interact with. She provided thoughtful responses to my inquiries and most importantly, prioritized me.
