Called and made arrangements multiple times only to drive there each time and stand out front because no one would answer door . Then called number shown on handwritten note on door only to be told to drive to different facility to talk with someone else. If you were lucky to get someone on the phone you were always told to call someone else. There are too many other storage companies that are helpful and happy to take your money, why would you put up with a place that makes it such a hassle?

This place is great.. everyone is always helpful But Linda especially was very helpful. I lost my lock keys and had to wait for the locksmith to come with my 4 year old and she was so nice and told me exactly what I needed to do and was so patient with my not so behaved 4 year old. I highly recommend this place they have great security and pay attention to what's going on. AAA++++

Linda was extremely helpful and honest about what kind of storage unit I needed. She saved the day with a referral to a moving company, after the company I hired ghosted me. Very secure units, clean and will lit! Would recommend!!!!!!

We have been renting storage space here for 6 years and now starting to empty our unit and finding large amounts of MICE DROPPINGS. The lights are operated by motion sensors. Our unit is half way down the hall, after 5 minutes of looking for something the lights turn off, then it takes someone to walk all the way down the hall to get the lights back on.
