This place left an elderly man trapped inside the gate for over two hour last night. I was letting him use my phone. Where management hung up on us twice. Than come to find out the on sight live in manager she was there the entire time watching doing nothing. Don't rent from this place this could happen to you. She laughed at us walking away from window. Corp. Finally got gate open. Shame on you lady. Fire her immediately!!!! Go to Storage Etc right next door they have fantastic people working there. Tell them Merle sent you.

Amazing stacks of whatever you don’t wish to view in your periphery!! Piled to the ceiling!! This yard is one of the cleanest storage bundles in town and the gates work via phone app, so nice one there. The price though—up over 50 percent since 2019?! Is the clean restroom worth that much?

Jerome is an amazing asset to this company! He is always smiling, courteous, knowledgeable, hard-working, professional, and has an infectious positive attitude! I have three units and I am there often and every single time, he is amazing! They need to keep him happy there because he is a five star employee!

I had to find a quick storage spot. I stopped by Public Storage where I was greeted by Jerome who was about to take a break. Without hesitation he quickly showed me what was available, showed me the unit, and registered me. He was incredibly helpful, had such positive energy and on point customer service skills. What a great first impression and I was pleased to store my items. Well done!

There is a dangerous area near the elevator in the second/eastside building. I was trying to use the elevator, and BAMM, i was knocked out. As it turned out, somebody opened the door and it hit me directly on my head. I couldn't move for a few seconds lying on the floor. I could hear people laughing, but I couldn't move. Nobody came to my rescue. Finally, I got up and realized what just happened. I've been using this facility for some time, but, strangely, it was the first time I noticed the door, right there. I went to the office to let them know this could be very dangerous. Nobody was there. It was past 10am Monday morning, and nobody had shown up. Very professional, I thought. When I went back 10~20 minutes later. A big guy with a big hairdo was there. I was glad to see finally some real person (not the kind of people who just laugh at the person knocked unconscious). I said, "hey, good morning". This person, who appears to be working for Publish Storage immediately responded. "Lower your voice!", in a confrontational tone. He claims that I was "yelling". How do you yell "good morning"? Now I'm in shock for the second time. I just wanted to let them know what happened so that they could take any necessary measures, if any, to prevent any similar incidents from happening. And, here is this guy, arguing everything I say. Publish Storage management should hire and train their people better. And, as I indicate, there could be bigger incidents in that area, and PS will be responsible for its willful negligence when anything really terrible happens to their customers in this location.
