I wish I can put 0 stars this place is terrible… their rude and treat you like you don’t pay them for their services.. we got locked inside purposely when we didn’t leave 2 minutes after 5. Then they acted like they didn’t know how to open the gate…. Don’t get your storage here they need to tear it down and put something that’s more useful for the neighborhood!!

Kay is very nice and knowledgeable about the system and the place. She calls if she has questions which is a plus cause sometimes you don't know and to do it. She can walk you through the process. Kudos to Kay, she makes the place better.

Increased rental rates 26% increase, without 30 day notice! Location is Seedy area! Very limited hours! Homeless incampments all around the place! Burned out incampment at the entrance! NOT SAFE !!
