Craig of Laurel Avenue, Santa Clara. Helped me downsize at a good price. Helped me set up the minivan so larger item could fit. Was very clever in the way he got me access to a unit where I had lost the key. He is a spectacular face of Public Storage, making it the only venue I will ever consider.

We rented a storage unit at the Laurelwood location for a few years. The unit was very clean, it's a great location and the staff is extremely helpful. The property manager, Craig, is very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this location.

Great storage location! Clean, well lit, safe! I was also able to buy everything I needed for my move (boxes, etc) right there. Easy. The manager is real nice, too. Professional.

I’ve been using Public Storage for a while now and this location on Laurelwood Dr. , Santa Clara is fantastic. The employees are very helpful and really friendly. Especially the gentleman named Craig. I’m not sure of his last name but he is a sincere and hard working person. He has helped out with 2 or 3 things/questions that I had and went beyond to assist me with detailed answers and information. Thank you so much Craig and the whole staff. It’s a good day !!
