Where did you all get the Manager for this property? You'd better hold onto her. I believe her name was Crystal. This lady greeted me with a cheerful smile; was patient; (cause I was a little irritable having just come from work at 9:30 a.m.). She was very clear and detailed in explaining everything plus she continued to "smile" and give professional service.
