Updated review: The manager was able to address the billing issue after a week. Updating the review to five-star. Original review: The manager assigned me a wrong unit number and we ended up updating the unit number the second day, which is OK given that everyone makes mistakes. However, I was responsible for another $7.86 bill in February after the update. I talked to the manager on the phone but the $7.86 bill is still there after a few days. I don't want to waste my time for this small bill but the property deserves this two-star review.

I had a very good experience at the Public Storage at 1096 N. Fair Oaks Sunnyvale, CA. Taslima is the manager there and made my transactions easy . I recommend this location.

Taslima is the manager here and is so welcoming, friendly and really helpful in getting a great deal! A quick and easy process and the facilities are super clean. Highly recommended!
