All our stuff was covered with cockroaches, mice droppings, and water damage. After 1 year they raised our rent until it was 2x what it was originally. Nobody ever there when you need to talk to someone. Will never use public storage again.

Laquanda was an absolute lifesaver!!! We needed to store a piano and we bought the wrong sized space online. She not only helped us get a bigger space, but helped gather people for us to move the piano!! I have never had such a positive experience in my life!!
