We have been a customer of Purely Storage for many years. We are being charged fee of $50.35 and a lien fee of $25.00 which Brent says we must pay. I have no idea why we are being charged these fees and treated this way. I will give one star but under protest. This place treats their customers terribly and I would never recommend them to anyone. I truly feel stuff with my stuff being stored there. They keep the area extremely clean, well maintained and they are friendly. What I like the most is they make it clear about what they will and will not tolerate and adhere to their own rules. You will never see people just hanging out and making messes and worry about leaving your stuff there when it's time to go. And for that reason alone I highly recommend this facility!

They charge me a late fee when it was their fault I I would not recommend come in here they broke into my unit and did nothing about it I think they had something to do with it tell you the truth
