It is build as a park model golf course resort. But most of the spots are still open and they rent it out as camper/motorhome spots. And because of that the spots are very big.

Love it here! Staff are amazing, rvers are so friendly, impromptu Happy Hours all the time. Lots of groups and activities to sign up for! No reason to be bored.

We came here to spend time with family. They golf, but we do not. We like the nice big sites. Very nice. Follow-up: Been here 6 weeks now. Need more laundry facilities, 4 machines is not enough. Website says it is quiet and far away from road noise. Do not believe it. The back end of the park is right next to interstate 8. Very noisy all day and night, plus the train noise all day and night. There must be a train every 30 min! It is not that quiet here. Lots of people brought Razors, utv's, side-by-sides, etc and they are noisy running around the park. There will be more of them next year too. They do have nice amenities. Bowling lanes, pickle ball, bocce ball, tennis, pool, hot tub, and shuffleboard, billiards and bowling (2 lanes). It's been very windy, dusty. Guests are friendly. Not much to choose from in the way of restaurants and shopping without driving into Yuma. In need of some trees and shrubs, very blah, no curb appeal.

Lovely amenities. Easy bike riding area. Clear blue Sky's, awesome sunsets. When the moon shines it lights up every thing around you. Beautiful. The RV park is under developed. Super clean, but lacking landscaping etc. New owners, new managers, all sound like they will work towards making it more eye appealing. Great people. Super friendly and helpful.

Second stay here. Last time 3 nights this time through 2 nights. It's a roomy park. Quiet except for the back area where it lines with the hwy. Train in the distance but not bad. Laundry room VERY small narrow area. Hot tub heater was out is mainly why the 4 star. We enjoy a hot tub wherever we stay so that was a bummer. Pool is warm, clean, and very nice. Pickleball courts are beautiful and there's one tennis court as well and a lot of other activities. Diane is nice & helpful with accommodating you and knowledge of the area. Dog park clean as well.

The owners want to sell their park models that will pay monthly lot ($335+) rent too. We don't know how much longer RVs will be allowed- no landscaping on lots & sand tracks in but they have nice streets & rec hall. It is about 23 miles from Yuma. We enjoyed our stay.
