Since this company Rec Nation has taken over, this place has gone down the drain. Rates have gone up and facilities have gone way down. Customer service is a joke. For example, the service agent asked for my phone number if we were disconnected from the phone. I gave her my information. Five minutes later after she understood my complaint, I asked if she could call me back. She said sir I cannot make outgoing calls I followed up by asking, why ask me for a callback number if we were disconnected? Total silence this place as a joke save your money and take it to another company I pay close to 400 bucks a month for two units. Totally not worth it anymore. Also, we will have to deal with not being able to get your equipment or your boats out because of individuals like this (see pics below). Beware this is your warning do not use this facility. I would rather take my HOA fines at this point. Let’s see if management actually calls back as promised doubtful if they call back, I would update this review.
