This was the least stressful part of moving! I have had to make several trips to put stuff in storage and every time I think "I love this place." Besides the comfort of knowing that my things are being stored in a clean, climate-controlled envt, I feel like everything I need was provided. We bought the very convenient and secure lock from them, and reasonably priced packaging tape a few times. Carts are always available by the door. Padded elevator and motion-sensor lights make it easy to get around the place quickly. To top it all, they have free bottled water -- much appreciated after you've been hauling stuff on a hot day. Management is always there during work hours: David and Bill are friendly and helpful. It all makes for a good experience.

Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Clean, easy to access units with flatbed carts readily available for larger/heavier items. Comfortable climate control for the indoor units which is super important in this heat. The layout of the 5x10 is fantastic and much easier to use than how they are at other facilities (the 10 is across instead of deep). Highly recommend.

I've used Red Carpet Self Storage for several years now. Facility is very clean and easy to access. Service is top notch. Bill is very personable, helpful and pleasant. He's the one that is always in the front office and available when you need him. The prices are very reasonable. The added bonus of access to the conference room puts this place over the top. Using this place is more like visiting friends in a home than working with a storage facility! Thank you Red Carpet and Bill!

I needed a storage unit at the last minute and was frantically looking for a storage company online. I chose Red Carpet Self Storage based on the proximity to my new residence. The man who runs the storage facility, Bill, was very professional, friendly, personable and was very helpful. I had called a few minutes before their closing time and Bill stayed on the phone and worked with me past their closing time to assist me in completing my order. The price was reasonable, very clean facility, well-lit after hours, clean bathroom for customers, and they had flatbed dollies in the halls for their customers to use. Bill also recommended to me their in-house moving company, Distinctive Moving and Storage, to move my belongings from the storage unit to my home garage. The move from the storage unit to my home garage was flawless. After dealing with a nightmare out of state move for months, it was a welcome change to work with Bill and not experience any issues whatsoever. Great example of top notch customer service. I highly recommend Red Carpet Self Storage!
