I need someone from the greenwood facility to contact me about my break in and getting the lock you put on my storage off. NOT the customer service number. no one is ever in office

Entire trailer stolen from this facility. Key pad on entry only, exit is motion sensor and you can wave your hand over the sensor and enter through the exit. Management told police cameras were not working at the time. Management refused to provide assistance or answers, only been able to get a hold of them one time. Refused to provide information to my insurance company. Red Dot will not take responsibility for their lack of security. Went down hill as soon as Aunt Betty’s sold to them.

Unfortunately red dot has ZERO concern for people that operate business out of their facilities… you bet they expect to be paid on time! “Facility maintenance” denied access to the facility for 6 days without any refund at all. As a whole they’re about worthless.. luckily our facility manager cares, he’s great. Fairly certain he’s the only one at red dot that cares.

Aunt Betty’s was 5 star and worth the price. It’s such a shame they sold out to Red Dot, who are never in the office and have RUDE staff to take the phone calls. Update a month later: A month back, we received a note that our unit could have been impacted by a break in, as our neighbors unit was also broken into. This note came a couple days after I made a phone call to red dot to report suspicious activity at the gate/inside the storage area. I was told on the phone to give them the benefit of the doubt and that I was profiling innocent people. Well, turns out I wasn’t. I drove by my unit at the time and the lock was still in tact, so I figured all was well and that we were unaffected. I went inside my unit today only to find the plywood between my and my neighbors unit pushed in and a ton of my belongings broken or damaged. Really hoping Red Dot does the right thing so that I can update my review (again) but so far we’ve had nothing but negative experiences since the change in ownership.

When it was Aunt Betty’s storage 5stars now that its red dot want to give it 0 stars. I hope you love nobody ever being in the front office to pay your bill. I waited for over two hours for someone to be in the office and nobody ever showed up.🤬🤬🤬
