My brother rented a unit on Monday today is Thursday and he has not been able to even enter the facility. Every single gate code they have given him does not work. There is no one on site. We have called every single day three to four times a day and every time they say the manager will be there the following day. Now we go there and still no access. We called and now the manager won’t be there till tomorrow. This facility is joke. Do not recommend this place.

Showed up to store my vehicle and there was already a vehicle there. I was switched over a few spots down and charged for a 30 foot although the original spot I was assigned to is the exact same size. Customer service was of no help and refused to make it right in anyway. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone and will not be doing business again here.
