I placed a call to have a manager or assistant to help with getting into my storage unit. The gentleman (Cesar) came out at the appointed time and assisted me without hesitation. The parking spaces for storage are terrible. There was a car parked in the spot that was on my lease agreement, glass all over the pavement, and no ability to turn the trailer around to actually park in the spot! The "entry" to the parking area is also very narrow. To add to the issues, the kiosk didn't work so I ended up calling a number and when I contacted Red Dot about my concerns I never heard back. Do not recommend for parking storage!

The story just get broken into and no compensation for anybody and then they lock you out of your unit of non-payment take some 5 days to unlock it
