Their property tends to have a lot of trash randomly on each row. Units are not always shut nor locked. There was report of somebody breaking into other units two nights ago. Then Sunday March 5th the key code box had no power to it and when I called the main office they said I'd have to wait until Monday. I told them I had to have all my things out of my house that day. The lady on the phone said well I don't know I don't think I can get anybody out there because it's Sunday. I said you can't get somebody to service this and turn the power back on on a Sunday I really think that you should call a maintenance person. She said okay well I'll see what I can do and put in a work order for that location. I asked her to call me back and let me know when the unit will be open. I never got a phone call back and when I checked back by later on in the day around 5:20 p.m. . It's still had no power to unlock the gate. I am very upset about this considering my belongings in my house I mean a lot to me and my little boy who is nine.

Owners are in Colorado. They do not have cameras or any person on site to look after units. My storage unit has been attempted to be broken into (my picture shows where someone tried cutting into my lock and cutting into the door). My neighboring units have been broken into multiple times. They have a security gate with a code to enter. But the gate stays open for far too long after entering and leaving that anyone can easily gain access far after you have left the property. I started renting a unit here when it was a-b mini storage, and it changed owners, and it's been awful since the ownership change. They don't care about their renters. They just want your money and raise rent several times over when it's far from worth it. They NEED cameras and a security code not only to enter the premises but to leave as well. And have that security code disarm an alarm on your unit when you enter and have it reactivate when you leave by entering the gate code again. With how much I am paying a month, it would easily cover all these features!! Also, entering your code coming and going so they can keep track of who is coming and going. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STORE HERE!! Find a storage place that has someone living on site. That has cameras and a security system. This place is a money pit, and you'll end up paying for an empty unit with how many break-ins have occurred. Until i move my possessions, I feel like I have to check on my items constantly because I know no one is looking after anything here! Very dissatisfied! I hope they will do better business in the future, but that's highly unlikely

There are units being burglarized and its been a issue. From what cops have said. The property staff has not notifying any storage unit tenants of this issue. Cops are investigating

Haven't even had unit 24 hrs and having issues. First of all the size is smaller than requested and paid for. Had to leave property w items still on trailer. Rust and dirt making door use difficult. ALSO the unit is FILTHY. Live spider and cob webs w dirt/debris hanging from them ceiling to floor. Floor not swept and misc small trash left. Greasy liquid standing in the back. Website not phone user friendly also EVERYtime I try to log onto site I've had to do pw change. Moving is already such a strain for most of your customers. This has multiplied stress level to the point of our searching alternative.

Terrible experience. On Friday, I purchased the unit and a lock using their kiosks, since there is no manager onsite. Then I discovered that their gate isn't working. I called the phone number listed on their sign, but they didn't know who to call or when it will be fixed. So it's now Saturday and it's still not fixed. So I paid, but I can't move my stuff in. It's really putting me in a bad position.
