They were super easy to work with! I was able to get a last minute parking storage that was unexpected. My only issue was the huge mud puddle in my spot. I was able to get the trailer parked without getting it stuck in the mud

Family member had a lot of negative issues here. Recently got broken into and they live out of state. We spent hours trying to do an inventory for them. Took about an hour to get IN and OUT of their particular unit. Need upgrade on security and locks. I gave them 2 stars bc the customer service folks try really hard to help.

Super easy to get in to if you need a quick place in a hurry. Customer service was very nice during the initial phase. However, they advertise that their locations are under constant supervision behind locked gates. The last two times I went to my storage unit, the gate was open. Anyone could drive in or out. Also, payment is due at the end of the month as you rent on a month to month basis. What they do not tell you is that if you move your things even the day after you've paid for an entire month, they do not prorate a refund back to you!! I'm sure they keep a lot of money this way!

I always get nervous when a new company takes over a business. I thought for sure that I would be in for a hard time and many changes. I had been renting for years when Red Dot took over. Easy, painless process. Nothing changed, rent stayed the same, and I actually enjoy calling their customer aervice to pay my bill. Very friendly, helpful people. Was thinking of changing storage places at first, but they have kept me as a loyal customer! Will continue to rent through RedDot and I recommend them!
