Not secure. Witnessed homeless people jumping fence. My battery has been stolen off my camper. Many sketchy, dilapidated campers and vehicles that belong in a junk yard. One person scared me pretty good when I was winterizing my camper. He was peeking inside my camper and requested I open the gate for him with my vehicle so he could get out. Maybe he was too lazy to jump the fence again?

Scored a spot in this storage lot. Easy access in and out. Clean clean facility. Hours are limited. Secured gate for entry and exit. Close to where I live. Pricing is ok due to proximity in town. Spots are easily identifiable.

I really like the location close to my home in Manitou Springs but I am concerned about the numerous derelict and beat up vehicles being stored there. One old motorhome has long expired temporary plates on it that date to June 2020! Another motorhome in the corner has all kinds of junk metal and things stored outside around it. There is a transmission on the ground that is being worked on. Also lots of old cars and trucks with flat tires that look abandoned. We have a homeless problem in the area and I hope there aren't people squatting inside. Im sure all of these problems are against your agreement rules and you will be quickly moving to rectify the situation. And please grade and compact the deep ruts in the south lane.

Clean, spacious, and secure RV storage place with a nice view of the Red Rock Canyon Park nearby. There are security cameras on site, so I feel comfortable leaving my vintage trailers for extended periods of time. The staff is friendly, and answers all questions, and returns your call in a timely manner. Their prices are affordable, and it is a professionally run establishment, I highly recommend!
