Owner really nice. I asked to get in before their new section opened up. Got a call ASA a unit large enough for me became free. Auto pay 1st of each month. $ varies depending on size: start at 10 x 10 up to 10x30. All units are behind coded gate: you give her the code you want & she programs in. On your unit you provide your own lock so no one else has access. Clean area & unit (as much as one can expect of a paved floor unit). No problems or issues since I started renting.

Initially our transaction with the business were favorable, but over time it became nearly impossible to communicate with them and being charged for renewals without our permission. All of this frustration ultimately led to us ending doing business with them and recommending others to avoid them as well. A few years ago I called up Richart and inquired about outdoor storage for a travel trailer, and Trish said she’d meet me at the business so I could see what sites were available. We met and I picked a spot and all seemed good. While there Trish informed me that I could pay for 12 months in advance (in lieu of monthly) and get credit for 14 months. I agreed and gave her our CC information once I got back home. That was mistake 1, Trish nor any other persons associated with Richart gave us a written contract saying I’d get credit for 14 months or to even lay out basic terms of the rental. Fast forward a year and lo and behold Richart charges us again for 12 months and doesn’t give us credit for the two additional months as promised. We never gave Trish permission to keep our CC on file nor do we have a contract saying she can auto renew a year of payment. A call is placed to Trish to see what the deal is about the additional 2 months, and she apologizes and says we’re now good for an additional 4 months. At this point we begin asking for a written contract, she says she’ll get us one. Nope, doesn’t happen. Fast forward ten months later and she charges our CC again! Repeated calls and emails are made for 3 months until we finally get a response. She tells us she’ll make a note to get it all corrected. At this point we decide enough is enough and a follow-up email is sent to Trish saying we do not give her permission to renew or charge our credit card and that we’ve paid enough to get us an additional 6 months. Guess who calls 10 months later asking if we’re going to renew? Trish only called in my estimation because she tried to charge our credit card again but it was declined due to being issued a new card. On another occasion she called me and told me utility work was being done at the facility and that my trailer needed to be moved within two days (which was the day after Thanksgiving). I find it hard to believe they only gave her two days notice. Luckily I was not on vacation. I don’t recommend doing business with this place, and if you do GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Is it your word against theirs. And do not let them keep your CC on file.

Been charged for six months after contract expired. Verbally said over the phone at the start of the contract that I would be out before that contract ended and Richhart continued to charge a monthly rate. Would not recommend.

Absolute thieves. Do not spend your money here. Paid for a 12 months in advance, was never made aware that if I vacate the unit before the 12 months is up, I do not get the difference returned. After notice of vacating the location I was told that the "agreement" states that there are no refunds. This agreement that was sent to me says no such thing, in fact nothing even close to this. Tricia claims there is an agreement that states this but they neglected to send to me. The "NO REFUNDS" was also not stated over the phone when I paid. Had I been aware, I would have never paid the 12 months at once. If a business fails to make a customer aware that there are no refunds, then the business is liable. It must be stated, which it was not. The location was not left in an un-rentable condition either. It is an outdoor spot. Beyond that Tricia has horrible customer service skills, I attempted to be extremely fair and since my vacate notice came on the 2nd of the month, I even offered to let them keep that. month. We'll see what Amex thinks. You are warned, these people are crooked.

We rented a storage locker for 8 months and while we can say that management is great and allowed us time to catch up on late payments and offered great communication with us, the facility has several issues. We noticed as soon as we pulled in that the fencing has areas that are lifted where a slimmer body could fit through if they wanted. Then 2 months in we stopped by and the bolt on the unit was cut. We notified management and only received an ok. When it started to get colder out we heard and saw mice running around in the locker area. By the end of winter they had tore into all of our boxes and peed/ pooped on everything ruining a lot of precious items like things we got bringing our children home from the hospital, as well as a mattress that was only 2 months old. I cant say how bad the mouse problem is during the warmer months but it was horrible in the winter and based on the reviews I didn't think we would run into that problem (why I am writing this review). So if you buy plastic totes and rent in the summer you will *probably* be fine
