Outstanding service from decent guy's

I felt like I had to take a moment to say how wonderful Rob and everyone at Ridge Valley are. First, they're the only storage lot near metro Denver that will work with well-kept/maintained vintage vehicles needing storage. But my 5 stars isn't for that reason alone - they truly give great customer service. Every business will hit snags like a gate malfunctioning, but I've personally experienced Rob come out on a Sunday to help renters get in. Beyond that, if you ever run into him he's the nicest guy and always willing to chat. Even when you call the office the team is very friendly and helpful. Through the various construction projects they've had as they upgrade the storage facilities, they've been communicative and accommodating. I am also admittedly terrible at checking my email and missed a couple invoices, and Rob simply gave a call to let me know rather than a corporate-like email. We've been storing our rig at Ridge Valley for several years now and intend to continue because the service is top-notch combined with a great location.

had a 37' motorhome stolen out of this lot and they say their insurance doesnt cover it. This place is a joke. put one star because i had to rate them

Priced themselves out of the market! I have had RVs at Ridge valley for almost 10 years. They have been a very convenient, secure storage lot and I have referred friends and family to them. This year, however, they chose to raise their rate 60% and did it in the winter when it was extremely inconvenient to move. Nothing they offer could justify this increase. I have since moved on to another great lot that is actually less expensive than their original rate and I am happy with my decision. If sanity ever visits the owner of Ridge Valley again and they bring their rates back to reality, I might consider doing business with them again, but for now?.... Not so much
