Trying to find some of the lots are hard to find due to the numbers being tiny. Residents seem very nice.

This is a unique urban RV park. It has sites laid out on three sides of a block within a larger mobile home park, with the pool and clubhouse on the fourth side. It works just fine. We fit our 43 ft motorhome and F150 in the space and a there were a number of other spaces in which we would have fit. Has a very nice pool. An easy drive to shopping. Worth considering if you want to be close to the city rather than fighting traffic to get in and out of town.

It's an excellent mobile home community that, for now, allows short-term RVing. If I lived in Denver, I'd live there. The updates are fantastic!

We reserved a RV space online. Their website had us pick a suitable spot which I did. It said full hookups, cement patio etc. What it "didn't" say was I would need to crawl under my motorhome to hook up the sewer and water. In all the RV parks we've been in I have never had to crawl underneath my RV to do anything. When I went to the office to inquire about this the lady said yep, that's the way it is, and said "well you picked the spot" I asked for another spot and all she said was we're full. She made no effort to find a solution. We were there 3 nights and their cancelation policy would not allow us a refund. They had empty spots the nights we were there. The RV spots are converted from old trailer spots and are at best a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10, except the one we got that is a 0. I would not take a chance on staying here.

Ridgeline was a wonderful short term RV spot, quiet and friendly residents both permanent and fellow short term guests.

We were in campsite 137 in our small trailer. Although it's a well kept park, that particular site should be avoided. It is difficult to get into and there is a big hole in the middle of the concrete pad. The hole makes it even more difficult to maneuver into place. When you look at their online map, there is no site 137. We wandered around until we found it, but not until we came upon a dead end & had to turn our trailer around in a tight squeeze. The neighborhood is dominated by nice mobile homes so it's not all bad.

We stayed here in our motorhome. The property is being revamped, and what they have done so far looks really nice. Everyone we met was nice and welcoming. Beautiful pool area & courtyard. There's a bar/grill across the street that had good food also. The location was perfect...it's located near pretty much anything you can think of.

Booked this location after finding it on the web. Went to Denver to see our son and this location worked great. East correspondence with manager. Easy spot to back into even with my 39 foot camper. Got set up- Quiet location. Yes reconstruction was Going on but had no issues with that. Even stayed an extra day from our arranged planned 3 days. The 4 days there were great.

It’s difficult to find spaces for our motor home when we visit our son in Denver. We feel fortunate to have found this spot. It’s a little oasis with mature trees, a neighborhood atmosphere and Bear Creek Trail close by. It’s not your typical RV park and with the construction going on, it was a bit noisy at times but the end result will be beautiful. Juliette at the office was very helpful but I would suggest some additional help for the evenings/weekends. We will definitely stay again!
