I recently went and I think things are just getting worse like the area it's in storages are getting broken into the padlock where u put the pin is broken just rundown I don't knw if it went under nee management again

If you got a trailer or anything don't store in this place they literally don't have good or working security cameras,my trailer was broken into.. when I passed around the wire fence that they have in the back they had patches from all the times it had been broken into, it had to been someone that stores in there or some of the workers but we don't know who because they didn't let us look at the videos and I say it had to be someone from inside because our tools are to big to fit through a hole that's 1ft tall and too heavy to be thrown over 9ft tall fence bar wire,they stole most of our tools. They won't even pay or give you anything to help you with the items that were stolen and my trailer isn't the first trailer it was broken into in the same storage.Public storage is better, it is just 20 dollars more and they have more security and steel fences all around the building.

Over priced to start with. Kinda run down looking place. The vehicle and trailer parking area is dirt so would be messy when its wet outside. But the worst part is the hours they allow you to access your unit, only till 9pm. That was the deal breaker for me

Horrible!! Go elsewhere. Difficult to work with, they never answer the phone calls. When I would have problems they would just shrug their shoulders and pretty much say that it wasn't their problem. And to top it off RATS!!! RATS!!!! Rat droppings EVERYWHERE!!!! Literally half of our stuff had to be thrown away. And read the fineprint when you sign up or expect to fork out more cash.

Honestly I went in with stress from the moving and such.....and was met by such a wonderful young lady who made all my stress disappear. I rented storage and reserved a vehicle all in that same day with ease. Laura was so helpful and professional. She really is such a great asset. I appreciate her during this stressful time. Very pleased with level of assistance.
