Don't recommend it. They're not doing properly check up on the people that pays with stolen credit cards and fake ID. One of their customers , stole my credit card, paid for their storage. I had to call police , and fbi and filed paper work. When the police called them to find more info , they were not able to release it. We also asked them to release cameras, which they said no. At the end of the day, they end up short, and the thief ended up with a storage unit for a month.

First they are over priced. We have the exact same size storage for 1/4 of price we pay at Right Space. Second we were walking dogs and stopped by to change Lock and am not allowed on property with dogs on leash. Because they are not friendly to family members on walk we are looking for a different storage. That being said, the staff have excellent customer service skills and are very decent. We understand that they have to make sure all rules are enforced and have a job to do. We also understand that our complaints are towards corporate for their price and unfriending attitude towards renters family members
