Very good people work here and rent here it's a awesome place with awesome people the outside or corporate office people of the company I can't say I love but the day to day people and office mgt are some of the best people to do business with some people have rented at this location for more than 8 years.

Been here a few years, price keeps climbing. Guy that works there likes to play peek-a-boo around corners while your unit that you pay for. Just strange to be watched while your there like your suspected of some criminal activity.

Nice clean storage units. Best price I could find and I looked all over Phoenix, Mesa, etc. They had a sale on plus 2 months free. Hope you can get in on that deal. Oh and a free brand new lock still in the plastic. Lots of cameras and gate codes. One minus - they dont have or offer insurance so you are on your own in that department. (Edit: they just started offering and requiring insurance) I didn't read about the rat problem or the recent fire before I selected this place. When I was there, I didn't see any evidence of rats or fire but I'm not doubting the claims of the other posters. I don't plan to visit my locker very often. I just needed cheap storage. So far my experience has been positive.
