⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Stay at River Ranch Resort! Our experience at River Ranch Resort was phenomenal from start to finish. The hospitality and service were second to none—every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing yet full of life, with beautiful surroundings that made it easy to unwind. What really stood out was how luxurious everything felt for the price. From the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations to the little details that made the stay special, it exceeded every expectation. It’s rare to find a place that blends quality, comfort, and value this well. We’ll definitely be back—and we’re already telling friends and family that this is the place to stay!

Went on a float trip here and we loved the Cabin we stayed in and the resort overall. It was very convenient and well maintained. The food they offer there is pretty good. The only complaint I have is with the actual floating part. I would not recommend getting tubes here and opt for a raft instead. Shortly after the put in point there's a spot that our tubes got trapped and we had to have a couple of people in rafts pull us out.

I've been going to this campsite for 20 years. It's the most scenic river float within 300 miles of me. Maybe more. I drive from Wichita, KS and I go every year. The river ranch is always great. They have every type of campsite, cabins. The staff are awesome. Super easy and stress free experience. Just laid back fun as it should be. Don't take kids on the weekends, but during the week it's more than fine for ages 8 and up.

We were so thankful for the kindness and flexibility of this campground. Unlike others in the area, they welcomed us without requiring a river float, understanding that not everyone is physically able to participate. Traveling with health challenges or disabilities isn’t always easy, but this place made us feel seen, respected, and valued. The staff was kind, the grounds were well-kept, and it was clear they truly care about their guests—not just the money from float trips. If you’re looking for a place that’s inclusive, understanding, and peaceful—this is it. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Really love this place. Always great service. We have been two times. They have great amenities too. Prices are good. My only “small” areas of improvement are cleaning bathrooms more often on busy weekends and enforcing quiet hours a little closer. Also keep in mind that some camping spots are really tight and there isn’t room between campsite so everyone really is jammed packed together! But again, love this place and will be coming back next year!

Didn't have hot water in the showers ,they tell you they do ,but they don't and when you complain you get NO water. Campsites are packed together tightly. Right next to the highway, so it's noisy. Electric box had a wasp nest in it. Bathrooms, showers, and had washing stations are filthy. Soap despenser are all empty and look like they have never been filled. When we made the reservation they acted like they were doing us a favor and squeezing us in, but we were the only one here . Can have lights on after dark or these beetle looking these will swarm you. Bugs and spiders are bad. Won't be back.

Over crowded in the tent area. It's just over two car withs wide, and maybe 40 feet deep. But with the fire pit and picnic table it's really 20ish feet deep. The river was so low we had to get out at certain places and drag our raft over the riverbed. You probably spent more time out of the raft than we did in it. Make sure you ask for a life vest. We did the glow float and my tube flipped and there's no place to to get back on it. There's really no safety at all. We did the 5 mile rafting and it took over 8 hours to complete. With the river so low there's no current to help. Plus we had a headwind that was actually pushing up up river lol

I wouldn't camp here again they mowed the day before we got there so we had grass stuck on is the entire time we were there, way over priced, out 14 year olds got charged as adult pricing and being your own toilet paper! The portable potty that was closest to us was leaking and the whole floor was covered in yak , poor kid waking me up at 2am crying because he needed to use the restroom and couldn't find any anywhere(they stuff we brought got soaked and ruined) they don't maintain the potties. that's my biggest complaint. Bugs were bad but if you kept a fire going it wasn't as bad. Floating was great tho! We went on a busy weekend and extremely not family friendly, dont bring your teenagers if you don't want them seeing R rated stuff. Other than that the rope swings were fun. There are a couple dangerous turn on the 5 mile. I would go floating here again but not camping. I like that they have swimming access while camping. Wear sunblock you will get fried. The river itself is beautiful

Overall we had a decent stay. We went on the float and water was pretty much a stand still and really it was too low, but that isn’t River Ranch Resorts fault. It was such a let down. When we were checking out, the group in front of us asked the employees if that water was floating smoothly and the front desk lady wasn’t honest with them and told them it was going to be a great float. I did tell them that was the exact opposite of our experience. We stayed in cabin 40 and smelled sewer the entire time. No one wanted to eat outside or hang out. We alerted the front desk and they didn’t say much (so did our neighbors because they smelled it too). Our last day they had a crew of men digging up some ground doing work. The area was very nice, campground was beautiful and felt safe, it was very peaceful since we stayed in the week. We would give River Ranch another try hoping the few issues we had would be resolved.

If you want a great place to float with friends and family, I highly recommend river ranch resort. They have everything on site so you never have to leave if you don't want to. They have pizza place and will even deliver to your campground. They have a breakfast bar. Friday's and Saturday's they cook sirloin steaks that come with 2 sides, and much more. Also even carry alcohol and ice at the campground. Everything is reasonably priced. Great friendly staff!
