This isn’t the place to stay if you need it quiet for sleeping. The showers were clean and I used the laundry. It was kinda gross but got my stuff clean. Staff was very nice. We were concerned about the pedestal/power to the coach. The first night the cord got really hot. The second night it blew out. We had to buy a new one. It’s possible it was the cord going bad but we’ve not had a problem with it before this stop and it’s fairly new. I can’t recommend staying here unless the location is right for you.

Very dangerous and unsafe management. Attempted to cancel before the floods of July 4, but the refund request was rejected. The attendant stated that there would be no flooding. Lo and behold, the authorities issue an evacuation order and force everyone to leave. So there’s a back to get out of the campground and the whole morning is ruined. Very unprofessional

We absolutely loved this RV Park! Friendly owners and management. The water front sites were fantastic, The highway traffic did not bother us. So convenient to downtown New Braunfels.

The sites are close together & it is situated between a couple of road bridges. The road noise is constant. All sites are cement & pretty level. It is right on the river w/a boat launch. Looked like a large dog park & there's a volleyball grass court. We only saw one camp host couple & they were quite nice. There is cable & the WiFi worked great.

Location is great , convenient to many stores and activities . Our water views was beautiful and spacious with ample room for our 46 foot 5th wheel , dually and extra vehicle . We even had enough room to drop down our balcony over the water . Larry, the camp host was incredibly friendly and welcoming . He kept us updated about the park and was very helpful in general. The dog park is quite large and my dogs enjoyed being able to run . The bathrooms are clean and not a far walk from our site . The green belt is well kept and very green.

This place is one of our favorite water hole. Its our Dad's go to & it became our go to. I just wished they would keep it more well kept but nonetheless its a fun place to go.

This rv park is awesome there is a boat launch and swimming 50 ft from my rv. But it is February. There is geese or ducks that are the size of turkeys but only one honks and hisses that is the size of a small ostrich. It's definitely a cool easy to get to place and will return in the summer to.

I'm giving this park a 4 because it seems they have tried to make something as good as it can be under some pretty difficult circumstances. The park is mainly (90%) concrete surface. The bathrooms were clean but very dated. But the elephant in the room is the traffic noise. Holy cow ! The park is immediately under three major Interstate bridges. It just roars incessantly 24 hours a day. Pretty little river, the Guadalupe but man so glad we were only there for a couple of days. Nice attendants. Maybe I should have said 3 ...oh well. Good luck. Bring your ear plugs.
