I had an amazing time at River Rocks Landing! The location alone makes it worth the stay-being right on the water with such beautiful scenery creates a really relaxing atmosphere. The grounds were clean and well kept, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit, which made the whole experience even better. Between the pools, the views, and the overall vibe, there's plenty to enjoy whether you're there to camp, relax, or explore the area. I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. I'll definitely be coming back!

My family and I have just completed a stay here. We have been coming here for over 19 years. In my opinion it has really gone down. No WIFI unless you rent a box. They offer TV cable however my cable connection was inoperable as was 2 others that were near by that weren't being used and that my cable would reach to. I called the office and they did send a worker to look at it. He said he would go get some parts to fix it. He never came back. When we called back some hours later the office said it was above that guy's head and would have to call maintenance.Which never happened. Also, the small chapel that was always opened was now locked. I did not use the pool but did notice that it had a lot of tile missing. In my opinion they are focused on tiny houses and long term renters. The neat well kept campground that it always was under the original owner/developer is no more. It is sad to have to write this review as we have a lot of fond memories here. On a positive note the Christmas lights still look good. Other than that not much else.

This is a campground with tiny homes/cabins you can rent, on the coosa river. Love the views and the location is perfect, right off rainbow drive. Very nice staff and every amenity you need while camping. The restaurant is great, everything was excellent. Can’t say enough good things!

We stayed at the Banana House in River Rocks Landing for a quilt retreat. The house is amazing, but the views are incredible! We had plenty of room to spread out. There’s a crazy elevator in the house. It’s a learning curve to use it. The lights are out in it so they put one of those dimly lighted press on lights that you press on and off when you get on and off. I kept thinking twilight zone music should be in there. But if someone leaves the door ever so slightly cracked, you can’t call the elevator to another floor! My only beef with this place was that the code to unlock the door worked only once at check in the week we were there. We were told they were going to fix it, but it never happened. They did replace the coffee maker when it was not functioning. Because the door could not be locked and unlocked, we were pretty much stuck using the elevator, which is slow. There are NO indoor stairs. But again, the VIEWS are incredible and I would definitely stay here again.

We have not stayed for a vacation. We have only visited our friends who live here. We have played in the pools and eaten at the restaurant. The food is super yummy. Highly recommend the salad with all the fruits.

Sites are very tight, old gravel, somewhat level. We were next to a full-time RV. Our view was obstructed due to the RV next to us being very large and cluttered. We had full-time RVs on both sides of our site. This property has a lot of full-time live in RVs that appeared junked up and some looked abandoned. The full-time RVs should be separated on the property from those who would like to come in for a weekend getaway. Website is deceiving. Property needs a lot of work. A few Tiny homes that could be rented, but also looked lived in. Would not recommend this property for a weekend getaway at the lake.

We recently stayed overnight at one of River Rocks Landing's RV sites, and here are a few things we liked: They have 158 sites, and most of them are big rig friendly🚍 The River Front Sites have great views! They have an On Site Restaurant. They have clean shower rooms & and laundry. They have 3 nice Pools & a Splash Pad 💦 They also have a playground, a Fitness Center and they are Dog Friendly 🐕 They also have Boat Slips & Docks. 💥10 mins from Noccalula Falls Park & Jack's 🍔 Watch our full video review on YouTube 😉
