Had a DoorDash and Uber that I delivered here. The layout could have been done better and the lots numbered so the delivery services can find the residents but other than that it’s ok I guess

One amazing place. Very very clean..a dog park and open areas for kids to swim and enjoy every day outdoors. No trash anywhere. Lots are well maintained, grass is moved and edges are trimmed. Besides the great RV spots the view of the river is 360 degrees.

I live here. Management can be a bit abrasive at first impressions.Alabama Power drains the damn lake so low you can't use the dock 6 months out of the year. Neighbors can sometime be a bit cocky. It's a bit expensive to be called a resort... what other resort doesn't have water 6 months out of the year?.... this one. Oh and you better have your money ready! They want that dough... I could suggest a list full of improvements needed to.

Riverbay we love it and our neighbors are great. The view waking up every morning is breathtaking and we love the sunsets on the lake. It is a quiet setting unless we are all gathered for a barbecue and the football games! Go Irish. Having the covering for over our Tiffin Phaeton takes a lot of wear off from the sun and our lot gives us room to enjoy a yard and having a private pier is unmatched. We came from a public pier and always had to compete for space to be parked by our lot.
