DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience ever. Very dangerous neighborhood, no grass for pets, razor wire at the top of the fence on one side. Was like being in prison. Wish we could give negative stars. Spend the money and stay in the French Quarter or at the Jean LaFitte National Park. Our vacation was ruined staying here.

We like the park. Restrooms are clean and showers have hot water.

This is a great place to stay for New Orleans exploring. The site is right off the highway but you will need to take a U-turn to get to the front. We felt safe and secure because of the front gate and tall barbed wire fences that keep your equipment locked away. They have a fully stocked store for all your basic needs including common hardware. The hosts are beautiful people that gave solid advice for our tour of the Big Easy. We stayed only three nights and would have stayed longer if not for other planned travel. Three nights isn't really enough time to really experience New Orleans. We talked to a few people that were staying there for a longer term and they mentioned their monthly rate was $750. We definitely recommend this place to stay and when we return someday, we will stay here again! Pets are welcome, however, concrete and gravel stones everywhere with no grass. Thank you for giving us a great experience!

A lovely little rv park for short term stays in the heart of New Orleans. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful with directions as well as other questions we had. Highly recommend for a low amenity stay.

Amazing staff/owner! Our Vehicle needed a jump on the first night after closing and they still came out and assisted us. Ray is such a funny gentleman. He is kind and very knowledgeable about the local area. Bathrooms are clean. Area is secure. Highly recommended this very affordable location.

As a self-contained unit, this was perfect. The surrounding area is rough, but you are in New Orleans,15 minutes to everything. The RV park is fenced and we felt safe the entire time. You have more than enough space, the hookups are good and the price is right. The owners are friendly, helpful and have a grocery store up front that was super convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The owner was very nice and helpful with information and places to visit. He even brought his bird out for our son to see. Very basic spot with concrete and rocks...no grass. Laundry area was basic and worked well. Secure with a drive through gate. Rating 4 star due to the friendly owner and price.

Hello Friends! This place is below average! However better than Pelican RV which is sub-standard. Didn't feel safe. Street hostesses were standing outside of gate. Cat, cats, and more cats greeted us at the gate. Small spaces to boot! We moved on to a beautiful RV park outside of French Quarter. Go to Pontchartrain Landing only 4.5 miles for FQ. It's a 10+.

We were happy with our decision to stay here. The price is good for the area and the owner was really nice and helpful. The bus stop was easy to find. It's basically just a parking lot with hookups, so you're going to be really close to your neighbor, but all in all its a good place.

Nice quiet campground. Gated RV park with the owners that live on site. Beautiful pool, with all of my services needed. Free wifi is a plus. They also have a convenience store in site. All of the sites are back-in for those newbie drivers.
