This is a great place to store your boat or RV. to me the price is a little bit high but for all the amenities and all the security you get it’s worth it. I have stored my boat here for almost a year and I’m very satisfied. The owner to me is very nice and I have talk to him several times while on the property, Not sure why others have given bad reviews.

Stored here for over a year with no issues. New owners came in and within months sent an email at 2am beginning of May that I had to vacate our space due to a new building being built. The letter stated that we had to vacate before June 1. We called multiple times trying to get ahold of someone to ask about being moved and or a credit since we had to find a new place. No one ever called us back. Then in July, our card was charged for 3 months rent, for a space we were told to vacate and not even using. They did finally reply to the email about the charges and revert them. This area is also very likely to be absorbed with the new turnpike, which means everyone here would have to move when construction starts. Don’t waste your time. There are other places for boats and RVs that are more reasonably priced now as well. Terrible communication from the new owners.
