Riviera RV Park
Overview
Riviera RV Park offers a unique alternative for those visiting southern Nevada. Unlike the neon-drenched bustle of the Strip, this park provides a quiet residential atmosphere within a secure community. It is primarily designed as an adult-oriented destination, ensuring a peaceful environment for travelers who want to relax after a day of exploring. The grounds are well-maintained, offering a mix of long-term residents and short-term visitors who appreciate the gated entrance and professional on-site management that maintains a sense of order and safety.
Location & Surroundings
Situated on Palm Street, the park is ideally located for those who want to be near the Las Vegas Strip without being right in the middle of the traffic. It sits just off Boulder Highway, providing easy access to local grocery stores, pharmacies, and casual dining options. The surrounding area is flat and easy to navigate with a larger rig, making the convenient highway access a significant benefit for those arriving from out of state or looking to explore the wider Mojave Desert region during their stay.
Amenities & Park Features
The park provides everything a modern RVer needs for a comfortable stay in the desert. Each site includes full hookups with 30 and 50 amp service, accommodating a variety of rig sizes. Guests have access to a refreshing heated swimming pool and a relaxing hot tub, which are essential for managing the Nevada heat. On-site laundry facilities and clean restrooms make extended stays much easier, while the community clubhouse and pet-friendly areas ensure that both human and furry guests feel right at home.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
While the park is a sanctuary of calm, the excitement of the city is just minutes away. Guests are a short drive from the Fremont Street Experience and the world-famous casinos and shows of the Strip. For those who prefer nature over nightlife, the park serves as a great base for visiting Lake Mead National Recreation Area or taking a tour of the Hoover Dam. Whether you are interested in high-stakes gaming, world-class dining, or scenic desert hiking, the central location makes it easy to experience it all.
Who This Park Is Best For
This park is ideal for adult travelers and retirees who prioritize a calm, predictable environment. Because it is a 21-and-over community, it is perfect for those traveling without children who want to avoid the typical resort chaos found at larger family parks. It is a fantastic choice for extended-stay RVers looking for a home base in Las Vegas that feels more like a neighborhood than a tourist trap. If you value security, quiet nights, and proximity to urban amenities, this park fits perfectly.

Horrible location with street challenges. But worse was we went to dinner and got locked out of the park after being told there was a guard on duty 24/7 to let us in. After 15 minutes of trying to figure out how to get in I mind a small sign, not on the locked gate, to call. After call, and another wait, then guy shows up with an attiude. Horrible management.

great park in a older part of town with character.......felt very secure there..........no issues...........problem was that my travel trailer is 38 year old...........no issues in cosmetics...has a leaky black tank......at 1st she would not approve it.........the rate at the time was 160 a night which i thought was fair........i needed 5 nights so i offered 250 cash per night and she let me in! still a great deal...........i mean this is las vegas......thats how it is...........thanks for the great southwestern hospitality......

Like this RV Park. We were here one month ago while we started our journey and came back yesterday. The staffs and security guard are friendly. The whole park, including the shower rooms and pool are very clean. This is the best choice in Las Vegas area as our opinion.

Very Secure and Clean Electric is a better price here then other Vegas RV parks My favorite amenity is the water and ice machine. Pool is cool however The hot tub is out of service. Neighbors are friendly but mind their own business @bonezngabby_adventures

I work in Vegas several months a year and when searching for a place to park my home while there I had important criteria. Great location. Twenty four hour gated security. Clean and modern facilities. Spacious lot. Riviera has all this. Throw in the friendly, organized, and helpful management- and this is the place! Marie was wonderful. I found home!

This park is a diamond hidden away. Management has changed and now- Once inside- the park is clean and safe. The park manager Marie is amazing. I am a long term camper... and appreciate the managers efforts to make sure this park remains top notch.

The park is clean and well kept. The folks that greeted us were nice and helpfully. Unfortunately, we were parked by a noisy street, and the homeless had a camp on the other side of the wall.

I called for availability and prices and was first asked to provide photos of our rig (2004 Travel Supreme) and my age (late fifties). I had to chuckle (I’m not that sensitive)- the brusque-ness in which I was asked these questions makes me believe she is autistic . . . maybe she could use some refresher training on customer etiquette? Not that I mind - looks/appearances count in maintaining the ‘look’ of your RV park and our rig, despite being 20 years old, has been well maintained, has all its parts, and functions just fine. And the age thing - I get that too but there’s gentler ways of doing it rather than an abrupt “How old are you?” The alarming point was “unbeatable prices”. At $160 a night they are very ‘beatable’ I assure you. This price is inline with a KOA resort - and in my opinion KOA is first #an amusement park and second #a place that provides camping spots - clearly they are better suited for families with young kids and generally maintain high standards (we have stayed in a couple) but are not for us. We like quiet and low-key; pretentiousness can be saved for the high-end resorts. The funny thing about all this - just as Riviera has high expectations of me, I require the same of them. For $160 a night I require at least a 4.5 star average on their Google reviews - they have 3.8 which is simply too low for the requested price. Reading some of these reviews I believe we dodged a bullet. READ THE REVIEWS FOLKS they will help you make an informed decision!! We found a place a few miles down the road for less than half what Riviera is asking with much nicer staff. Guess we’ll use the savings to win big at the casino 😁!

The lady who runs the Riviera RV Resort is disrespectful and actually insane! I helped a family move out of this area recently, and the way she treated the tenants was absolutely unprofessional, including the staff she sent to watch us and harass us while packing. At one point, I had to record for my own safety - have the whole interaction on video and will definitely be posting - would highly recommend staying away from here! There’s a reason why this place as so many 1 star reviews…

Word of worning they might refuse to rent to you because "you are too young." It looks like a nice and well kept place. I got a new job in Vagas at the airport and needed to find a place to park my camper, so I had a place to stay during my work week. I decided to go in person to inquire about a spot I could rent monthly. They refused to allow me to rent a spot because I was "too young." and the park was only really for seniors. I assumed at the time I miss read the website, so I apologized and left. I later rechecked the website and it indeed does not say anything about it being a senior only RV park. It is very frustrating that I was turned away for a reason not stated on the website. I was also never asked my age as well.
