I haven't had any problems since I started using this storage location. I needed something fast , large and close to home. There were not any places that met my needs and offered the space that I needed plus had a good price for it. Gail helped me set everything up and was extremly helpful and made it a smooth transition for me. If I ever have any questions or concerns Gail is great helping with that. I am very happy with Rocky Mountain Storage.

I have had a lot of experience with various storage companies over the years and I have found some great people nice facilities, but typically the prices are outrageous, the gate hours are inconvenient and the unit and parking space sizes are extremely limited. Rocky Mountain Storage has the whole package. Absolutely WONDERFUL management; Gail is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and does an excellent job finding units and spaces to fit your needs. She is absolutely delightful to talk with and the rental process is fast and convenient, extended gate hours are available, which is crucial for people with complicated work schedules and hectic lives, and the units are amazing. Perfect for long-term storage needs, which is very unusual to find. Almost all of the sites I have stored at previously are designed to accommodate seasonal storage and drive out long term loyal customers with rate hikes. Rocky Mountain is a growing facility with terrific options for customers. The facility is clean and well maintained and the folks I have met who store and work there are pleasant and friendly. If there were more stars I'd give it 1000.

We recently found out about these storage and i am glad we did because it has been amazing. Management has been wonderful and it is very affordable and they have options. It has been extremely convenient for us.. I definitely recommend this facility to any one on need of a storage unit.. please come and check them out.
