Peace and quiet with a nice little lake you can fish in. It's far back enough off the highway that you don't hear any noise from traffic. The owner is very polite and pays close attention to everything in the park, so you never have to worry about attentiveness. We're really happy with our stay and that's good because it'll be about a 6 month stay.

We absolutely love this RV park. My husband travels for work and out of all the parks we have stayed it this has been one of our favorites! The scenery is absolutely beautiful and it’s very quiet. The family that owns the place is very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

We were invited to come spend the day by the lake by and we all had an really great, relaxing time. The kids keep asking when we can go back. There was a perfect breeze and everyone caught a fish or two, my son caught 3! I only gave 4 stars because I can't speak to the "RV" side of things but the lake is such a nice amenity. The location is perfect for those wanting to be near Ford Park, Beaumont, Pt Arthur area or needing to be near the plants and yet away from the city. I would imagine this would be a great place to stay if you are in town for an extended period on a job and would much prefer grilling and fishing at night instead of motel/hotel life. Definitely worth checking out.

Close by Beaumont, I-10, and Hwy. 71...very easy to get to work and fishing when you're home. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a spot to put your RV.

The rate per lot not only reflects the lot and covers the utilities, but also offers several amenities, with no extra charge! Accommodations for pets, laundry service, common recreational area, bar b q pit coverings, beautiful lake for fishing and boating, boat storage, ground maintenance and seclusion off the beaten path. Location is great for north or south employment. I realize there are some people that can be critical and are always looking for something for nothing, but this RV Park is the best in my opinion and totally worth the rates for all it has to offer. If the location is not the best in anyone’s opinion try looking for something elsewhere! Good Luck!
