Great storage for UW family! We live out of state and our son attends UW. We were looking for a way to store the things he had accumulated that we didn't want to ship back for the summer. I had a lot of concerns with the company recommended by the university after reading reviews and really wanted something local. I called and spoke with Rachelle several times ( I had a LOT of questions, being this was our first time renting space). Each time she was extremely helpful, professional and patient. We ended up reserving a small unit and when we flew down to store things and move him back, it went great. Facility was extremely clean, easy to find, easy to move stuff in, and lots of different sizes to choose from. We rented a 4x4 and had room to spare. We appreciate that its close to the university and we can access it when we need to. Signed up for autopay and I've had no issues so far. Will be picking up items soon and plan on using Roosevelt again next summer!

Terrible customer service. They close the facility quite frequently with no word or communication to the customers who had plans to access either storage units or mail boxes. This happens almost every time I go. The sign should read “call for appointment”. Avoid at all costs.

Best storage experience ever! These guys are awesome! I was just a small 6x4 unit, yet staff treated me (& everyone) friendly & professionally always. Even when I had $$ issues! They went beyond expectations more than once, making my short (4 month) stay with them successful & memorable. Thanks especially to Peter and Carlos!

The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. Over the past year I've rented 2 lockers, consolidated down to one, and then consolidated further to a smaller one. They made it very easy to transfer lockers each time, and transferred credit for the unused part of the month. Also, the indoor loading/unloading area is great when it's cold and raining outside.

I was a customer at this unit for years, including time I spent on the east coast, and never had an issue. The people at the desk were polite and helpful, the rent was reasonable, and the climate never fluctuated enough to damage anything I had stored. I know people who have tried to badmouth this location, but their problems are on them for not paying their rent, as a long term customer they even made arrangements with me when I wasn't going to be back in town by the time my rent was due. There are a lot of storage scams going, but this is not one of them. In response to the above customer self-storage places always have ridiculous prices for boxes and locks, it's a convenience that you pay for, bring your own when you come.
