We have taken our RV to RV Country of Fresno for service the 4 years we have owned it, and have always received excellent customer service. This years service was no exception, Ashley our service writer was just great! She was thorough, friendly and best of all kept us updated as to progress on the work being done to our rig . When we picked the rig up she went over our work order with us and went and got Matt our service technician to answer any questions we had . We waited a week to have Matt work on our rig because he has done all the service for us for the last 3 years, his work is always professional and complete, he is a true professional. We were told that there is a new service manager and I must say the service department has never been more costumer centered. We did not get to meet him but look forward to it in the future. In the hope that someone actually sees these reviews I do have one suggestion. Have the service team do just a basic clean up in the rig ( sweep, quick dusting in area where they worked, ) it will just be another sign of a professional . Ashley and Matt great job and thank you.

Great and friendly customer service. Everyone works together which makes your purchase go smoothly. Brendan Kane was our salesman, he is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Ryan was also great at working up our financing and Hank showed us all the trailer features and made sure we understood what he was explaining to make sure we were knowledgeable and happy. Also Devin helped us with our contract signing and made it all easy and understood. Thanks to all of you we worked with, we certainly appreciate everything you did for us.

RV country was an excellent place to purchase my new Fifth wheel. My sales person was Dennis who was personable and made feel at home. Seth was helpful in explaining all of my financing and offered a few tips as well. Hank walked me around and showed me all things to do and not to do with the trailer, Hank was a great guy. He was super patient with me. LoL. I had a great experience and I owe it to these guys!! If you are looking for a recreational vehicle please stop at RV country. I am one very satisfied customer!!

I brought my unit in for a Fridge repair, and immediately Carlos was assigned to me as my advisor. Very helpful and informative from the start. Took my unit in as his own. During the process, he informed me that the repair has to be done by another company since my fridge is a house fridge. He advised me to coordinate the repair with the repair company. This process was new to me because I was under the impression, that I would just bring my unit in, they do the diagnosis, then they do the repair. But Carlos took the time to explain the process to me, what is involved behind the process, which helped me understand why the process was done the way it was. Carlos could not have done more than he could to help me with the repair. He went out of his way to even address some damages in my floor tile caused by the technician from the sublet company after the repair was completed. Had he not addressed the issues, I would not have noticed the damage, and I would’ve taken my unit home without any other issue. RV County kept my unit for over 2 weeks, and only charged me for the work performed. RV Country could’ve easily charged me for the 2 weeks storage waiting for the repair from the sublet company. I truly believed that an Advisor like Carlos, makes a trip to their Service Department worth the time and the hassle. RV Country needs to have more advisors like Carlos. Kudos Carlos. Thank you for your professionalism and your assistance during this process.

Brendan, Bill, and Travis worked together to work a deal for us. We grinded them hard on pricing and terms, but they persisted and so did we. We are so happy with our new coach. Great team work all around at RV Country. We will be back!
