They're getting really picky about the age of campers they will store, and they are greedy. The rates have gone from $45 a month with free dump stations 5 years ago to $84 a month and $15 per use dumping. They have always been friendly and helpful, but they aren't worth what they charge. Their hours are very limited and closed every summer holiday, so no chance of getting your trailer in or out then.

Sadly they don’t allow anything older than 2012…there are plenty of very nice RVs older than 2012, seems like a loss of business for them.

It's big, I mean really big. The access is easy with plenty of pull through spaces. It's a one stop operation for water, fuel, RV dump station. The security is really good as they have and around the clock on site manager

The facility is fantastic the people are super friendly. I gave it only three stars for these couple of reasons. Number one we used to store our RV there until we bought a house that can have our RV at house so we moved but we noticed they started charging their own renters to use the dump station. Not a huge fan of that loss of star. And the other piece of it is is when you're out and about traveling and you're coming home from a holiday they're never open for you to drop off so you always have to take an extra day to drop off. I completely understand and giving your employees the day off around the holidays but as a service to the people feels like you should be open so we can drop off our trailers.

Excellent service and great location. Jessica at the front desk is very polite and helpful. They even have a dump station and I got to fill my fresh water tank before I left.
