Easy drop off. I returned my truck 2 days early which they seemed happy about. The day before when I picked the truck up at another location, they told me I only had to return it with 1/4 tank of gas since I picked it up that way. When I left the drop off location, I received an email that they had charged my bank account $45 for fuel

No one LIKES moving - But Theresa and Brian were so helpful and are excellent at customer service. I hope I don't have to ever move again, but if I do---I know exactly where to go! If you have a move coming up - it would be in your best interest and for your sanities sake to call them and have them rent whatever you need for the move. U-Haul also offers movers through other companies to help. Luckily we had the necessary manpower but if I hadn't I would have certainly gone that route! THANK YOU SO MUCH BRIAN AND THERESA!!!!!

I bought moving supplies and rented a uhaul from this location. Excellent service, even during covid restrictions. They even upgraded some of my supplies because a few of the items were out of stock. Accessing the location can be tough during traffic because of the construction on 281, but otherwise no complaints!

Amazing amazing amazing service I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. They were the easiest part of dealing with moving, they made it so very hassle free. The staff is amazing, personable, and hilarious. The young man who seems to be the supervisor was helpful with setting up the trailer and so understanding when I needed the trailer for longer! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

They always provide great service. I appreciate how honest they have been with me, regarding whether or not parts could be repaired or if they needed to be replaced. One year, something broke on the boat that was so old they couldn't get a replacement part to fix it. I was happy that they told me upfront, without wasting their time or my money,m with it. One last thing, they return phone calls in a timely manner and always have my boat ready when they say they will. I trust the people at R&S boats because they consistently treat me right.
