Stayed in a cabin here for two nights. Really great to have my own bathroom and everything. Bedroom door was a bit hard to close (pocket door that slides into wall) and the bed was pretty uncomfortable but otherwise a great experience. I hope to come back again next summer!

This campground is amazing! It's so well maintained! My family and I kept saying, we're going to be coming back here year after year! Great location and there's so many fun things to do here for the whole family! I definitely recommend this fantastic campground to all who love camping! Happy trails and many fun filled family days to all!

Just finished a week long stay here. We loved this campground! The pool was well maintained, along with the hot tub and splash pad. All the bathrooms were clean when we used them. The trolley was easy to get on and off. We also took advantage of the volley ball, basketball, and corn hole. My only advice would be to put a more solid fence near the volley ball, as it would roll out under the wooden one into others campsites. Also the staff was extremely friendly and helpful when asking for tips on what activities they recommend and food!

Easy access to all entertainment. They have a trolley that brings you to old orchard beach. They have breakfast and dinner on site if you choose. There is a heated pool and hot tub! Both were super clean! The entire campground is small but very clean. There is a basketball court and corn hole area!the office/store is very clean and stocked well. The staff was very nice and helpful! You can also purchase firewood there and they will deliver it to your site! We stayed in a cabin it was amazing. So clean , had toiletries and fully stock cabinets. Just bring sheets and towels! Highly recommend it was a fantastic experience

This was our 3rd year visiting. First two we had a camper, this year we stayed in a cabin. The cabins are a great size but the cleanliness wasn’t great. Dirt and pine needles behind the bathroom door and around the edges, I wouldn’t let my kids sit on the couch it was filthy took a wipe to it and it was black, and bed was very uncomfortable. Love the campground itself but wasn’t impressed with the cabins.

Update! After speaking with the manager about this, we greatly appreciate the attention it was given. Shawn was great and has assured us this was an isolated incident which they will be paying very close attention to remedy. We’ll be giving them another stay in the future! Dirty! Needs a change of their current “professional” cleaning crew. We paid $490 (🤢) to stay for only 2 night and this was our experience. Definitely a huge disappointment. They are very clearly sandbagging which is destroying your assets. We will not be staying in the cabins again. We have been here before and love this campground in our Camper. We recently sold it but our family still comes here yearly so we decided to rent the S71Studio Cabin this past weekend. We understand we didn’t get the cabin we initially booked because we got there late (oh well). The parking is quite tight not a big deal. We get into the cabin and it smells like mold and feet. The window shades were covered in dust and mold. Ceiling has a layer of dirt. The windows (all of them) had visible mold on them. Some of the walls also had it especially in the kitchen. The shower was gross it certainly didn’t look like it was cleaned due to the fact that I had to clean grime off of the cubby’s to put my soap and wash cloth down. We woke up every morning with trouble breathing and reactions to the mold. Currently still dealing with those reactions! The second night we had to sleep with all of the windows open just to be able to breathe. The shower was the worst for smells of mold. We brought this up to the woman at the desk. The woman found someone to clean it (Kaylie) and she did as much as she could. Still wasn’t perfect but made it a little better for the rest of our stay we appreciated her kindness. She was wonderful with the activities. Keep her if you can! These cabins aren’t cheap please clean them before your guests check in! Also to save your assets! I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Definitely put a lot of undue stress on our family and Vacation.

We had an incredible time at the campground; it was just the getaway we needed. Conveniently located near fantastic attractions and just a short distance from the beach, this campground truly offers a perfect escape. The highlight for us was the wonderful amenities: a splash pad, a pool, and a soothing hot tub. I found the kids' mining station absolutely delightful, and the prices are very reasonable. We enjoyed searching for gems, while my nephew proudly collected arrowheads. Seeing the joy on the children's faces was priceless. The campground also offers bike rentals, making it easy to explore the campground. It caters to all your needs and even provides some delightful surprises you didn't know you'd want. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, which we thoroughly appreciated. We stayed in a beautiful cabin that comfortably accommodated up to six people—just a tip: be sure to bring your own linens. The cabin provided an exceptional glamping experience, complete with air conditioning, heating, a propane stove, a lovely refrigerator, Wifi, and all the comforts of home. I wholeheartedly recommend this campground; it truly feels almost perfect. Definitely will be coming back again!!

I’ve stayed here a couple/few times and it has always been clean, generally quiet and relaxing but the staff is wonderful. The pool is great (they have strict rules), the little store is cute and fairly priced. There are clean showers and restrooms. Strict MPH standards on the “roads”. 5.5mph is what is allowed. We went with 2 other families. 2 tent sites and a cabin. We were all together which made it really nice. The tent sites were clean and level. The cabin is what you would expect. They have quiet time that starts at 11, but they do kinda encourage people to start to quiet down around 10. There are lots to do here, they have a basketball court, volleyball court, horse shoes, space to play other things like corn hole and such. They offer the peddle carts to rent, $7/10each per 30min, which doesn’t seem like a long time but my kids generally never made it past the 30 minute mark. They do have a small fenced in dog area for your pup to run free off leash. There is a trolley that comes and picks up guests to take them down to the Pier area. It is very cheap to ride. Young kids are free teens and older are $2 I think. There is a Hannafords grocery store 5 minutes down the street. Splashtown water park is 2 min away. From the Boston or Worcester area it’s 2-2.5 hour driver with a little traffic.

What an incredible campground! We will 100% be back next year and every year after. We stayed in a cottage. It came fully furnished with everything needed to cook and eat with. Clean bagged quilts and pillows were provided. The bathrooms were immaculately cleaned. The store on site was very affordable and the merry moose breakfast was DELICIOUS! $2.50 for a pancake the size of a paper plate. There is a trolly that takes you right from the campsite to the beach or boardwalk which was huge for convenience with us having kids and a large party. There are 1,2, and 4 person little bike rentals that the kids LOVED. My only complaint was the WiFi is awful so if you have to work or need access to it don’t depend on getting any service close by. The staff was phenomenal but I really want to point out Heather who checked us in and helped us through our stay in the store. She really took the extra effort to help when needed and you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job! Can’t wait for next year already.

Great centralized location with minimal drive to various activities. Have been coming to this site for years and staying in cabins, as camper life isn't convenient for everyone, which makes us continue to come here. Amenities on site are great when not feeling like adventuring. Crafts are always fun and the pool is meticulously cared for!! Absolutely plan on continuing our family tradition if they keep up the good work!!
