I had a "guaranteed late check in." I drove there after a trade show ended in southern California, arriving at 2:30 am. Front desk was closed with a sign "closed 12 - 7 am." Security tried to help, but nothing had been left at the front desk referencing my reservation, and hotel policies forbade them from doing anything other than look to see if the front desk staff had left it and a key out for me. They had not. Apparently somewhere in the online reservation I made, I agreed to check in before 11:30 pm...I guess I'll have to read all the disclosures and pages of fine print every time I make a reservation at a non-national-brand place. I'd stayed there about 7 years ago, and it wasn't bad then. I'll never stay again after this experience. Got a nice room at 3:30 am at the Holiday Inn just down the street. Save yourself the aggravation and stay anywhere other than here.

Well lets start with the bed, there was actually an indentation in the mattress from 1983 that has never been flipped or rotated. If you sat on the edge of the bed the steel framework is all there is. You would sink about 6 inches. The 2 lamps from 1984 are not enough the towels were like the really bad pool towels. I had to get another from the front desk as they dont clean your room until you leave, she took my room number. No worries sweetheart there isnt a chance i would steal the towel. I wouldent even dry my car with it as it would scratch the finish. The toilet dripped so loud i had to leave the tv on forvwhite noise. I arrived at 1:41 to check in, i tjought it was all proceding until about 10 minutes later the 2 ladies inform me i can come back at 3 to check in. What were we doing? Why cant i get a room now. "The rooms arent clean yet" sweetheart in 1 hour and 9 minutes the staff isnt going to do them all. I come back at 3 still took 10 minutes to get me a room in Building E, which when i walked by had at least 6 rooms on ground floor empty. What is the point of making me wait? And the best part is Building E was constructed in the 1930's and no maintenance has been done on it. Specifically the floors. Remember in 1980 going to grandmas house and you would walk across the wood floor and younwould hit ghe spot where the bords were loose and it would creak and squeek? Yea it was the spot that DID NOT squeek and creek. It was all of Building E, as i knew when anyone near me was able to enter their room or move in it.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. We arrived around 9:05 pm on a weekday evening, after a long day of traveling and driving, only to find ourselves standing in line for an excruciating 2 hours, waiting to get our room keys. We didn’t finally check in until 10:50 pm, which was an absolute waste of precious time we could’ve spent getting ready for the night and resting. Considering there were four of us, all needing to shower and sleep, this delay was inexcusable, especially with an early start the next day for more travel. There was only one staff member at the front desk—a very elderly woman who was incredibly slow. While I do have empathy for older workers who are doing their best, it was clear she was struggling with both the outdated and inefficient system they had in place. Whether it was her fault or the hotel’s subpar software, I don’t know, but the end result was the same: two hours of frustration and wasted time. To make matters worse, she demanded that every single adult in our party be physically present for check-in, and she photocopied our driver’s licenses and manually entered every single piece of information into their system. In all my years of travel, I’ve never been asked for such an invasive amount of personal information for a simple one-night stay. It’s deeply concerning, given how fragile and outdated the check-in system appeared. I now worry about the safety of my personal data in their hands. As for the room itself, it was mediocre at best. Small, cramped, and dimly lit with a bathroom that was so tiny it was barely usable. The motel overall was outdated and lacked any sort of charm or comfort, reminding me of the same tired, worn-out energy as the front desk staff. This experience has taught me one valuable lesson: never stray from reputable chain hotels. This was frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly, not worth a single second of our time. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Stayed here with my husband and daughter for almost a week visiting family. The casino is small but works well enough. The rooms are fine. Nothing to brag about. Staff is nice enough. The only complaint I have is how extensively smoky the casino was.

Worst experience ever! My sister booked two months in advance and prepaid. She lost her UT drivers license and went and got a new one the week before we left. When we went to check in, after taking all of our drivers licenses, email address and phone numbers (4 sisters ages 60 and up) they told us because she had a paper ID they would not let us rent the rooms. After asking to speak with a manager several times, we were informed that they had ‘talked with her on the phone’ and she made the decision. Absolutely ridiculous! They wouldn’t even let us transfer the rooms into another sisters name and update the credit card. They wouldn’t credit her card the money that was already paid and said she would have to wait for a refund. Still waiting for that. So we went to the Best Western and had a wonderful stay. They had no problem accepting our money or identification. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

They say “home of the feasting and winning” but in reality you walk in with $200 your leaving with depression. You don’t get anything for free play and if you do it’s maybe $5 if you’re lucky. Everytime I go it’s a ghost town now. This place used to be very popular. But you don’t win anything, taking a loss once in a while is one thing but everytime you go in you can’t even last longer then 10 mins with $100. They also shut machines down where the jackpots are very high and turn them back on and the jackpot is back to the start. That should be illegal in my opinion but we’re in pahrump where nothing gets done. I wouldn’t waste a dollar here if I were you. Heed my warning.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice, large and clean. Also very quiet, once in the room I never heard anything, no traffic noise, no casino noise nothing at all. That made for some very good sleep.

The rooms are dated, but were clean. Swimming pool was dirty. The casino is small and the days we we there it was empty. The bartender was friendly. But she was tending at the and getting drinks for the people in the casino. The restaurant was not good. Overpriced and the food is not good. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The only positive was they had an omelet station, and the guy doing the omelets was very polite and friendly. I gave this place 3 stars but because of the staff. They were friendly and helpful. But as a hotel casino its a 2 star at best

Pretty good for the price. Not enough towels. Reasonably clean. Found a penny on the floor! Beds were much too soft for me. Had the breakfast buffet. It was okay. Had all the basics. Nothing was terrific. Coffee was poor.

Love this Casino. My mother loved to eat here and gamble, I believe this was he favorite place to go. Staff is friendly, service is good. The food was also vey good and at decent prices. I did not stay in a room, my mother lived locally.
