The Safeguard Self-Storage Property Agent named LOUIS at store #140304 in Midtown Miami WAS THE BEACON OF LIGHT✨ in my hectic, and uncertain day this morning as a tiny, but significant discrepancy on my account paperwork was brought to my attention by Louis. He politely, and patiently explained to me how due to the discrepancy, I then, MAY not be able to successfully retrieve the storage units' contents and that he would need to follow the chain of command for further instruction and permission in my case. While I was now aggravated and upset by this unexpected inconvenience, I fully understood he was simply, "doing his job" which I can also related to, and respect. TOGETHER, he and I promptly made both the necessary calls and edits in order to go about the paperwork revision process properly. IN RETROSPECT, I'm so(SO! SO! SO!)grateful Louis put in the thorough Customer Service effort *NEEDED* to make the present situation work in my favor. [OTHERWISE, he *could've* handles this situation "Miami style" by carelessly shrugging his shoulders and saying, " SoRRy MaMi" while moving on to other work... and as an result, I would've had to go home empty-handed and woefully heart-broken from losing ownership of such a sentimental, irreplaceable keep-sake item.] BECAUSE OF LOUIS's GOOD CHARACTER and WILLINGNESS TO WORK WITH ME, eventually I *WAS* able to redeem my enclosed item from it's unit in a timely manner that morning(yay!). After swiftly moving the valued item out of it's storage unit, giving it a clean sweep, and recording a Proof Of Vacancy video, I finally departed the leasing office feeling Blessed to have been able to do business with such qualified staff... no hard-feelings, pettiness... everything was kept cordial and fair... I love that in Customer Service Representative. SAFEGUARD, HE'S A KEEPER👌👍 (Thanks Louis)

Luis the manager is very helpful. I have been renting at Safeguard Storage for a couple of years. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place is well staffed with multiple people working during the week. They have plenty of carts during the day. At night they do lock up the carts. We have several friends renting in the building. With so many options in the area, this is my preferred company. I used to be at the orange storage place and I left because of the constant rent hikes. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and they have two different buildings to choose from.
