I ordered a unit. Went to the place and no one was there. Called for 3 days and NO ONE returned my calls. Never got my storage unit and they charged my card. BEWARE!!!! They finally emailed and said they don’t refund money. I never even signed a contract!!! SHAMEFUL!!!

I have never rented a unit before , I was not sure to expect but this storage is a very safe place to storage your belongings. Customer service is great, Michele is aLways very attentive. The process for the rental was very easy and fast, I would definitely recommend this unit .
