Its ok park, they do not refund if you want to cheer out earlier, as we did due to weather being too windy . Pros: lake is beautiful, located close to London bridge and few cute restaurants -Park has laundry, pool and good size showers( not super clean) . Cons: no grass, no outside tables, club house and play / gym room is outdated , empty of any good equipment and dusty . Guests drinking at the pool area was a big turn off. Will not come back.

Here for 2 months & couldn't be happier, I feel safe... Everyone is very respectful and the place is quiet here even during Thanksgiving weekend 2024. I am surprised! Glad I came here for a couple of months of rest and relaxation by the water 💦 Teri and her gals in the office are fabulous & so helpful.. Thank You 💐to the security guards & maintenance people also 5 stars!

This area is adjacent to an RV resort, and I guess it could be used for overflow on super busy weekends. It doesn't have any services or tables but has dirt parking and access to beaches and good views of the lake and mountains.

This is not really an RV resort. It is mostly old or renovated single wide trailers (beach cabins), not RVs. It is clean and could be great. There are a lot of rules here, but no one follows them, and no one enforces them. People park where is says "no parking." Lifted SoCal trucks with trailered boats drive too fast through the park. Quiet hours are not observed. There is an even split of late night drinkers and early morning tinkerers. There was an old lady leaf blowing her proch at 5:30am each morning. One person constantly let their dog out with no lease. Kids on electric dirt bikes and golf carts fly through the park at all hours with music blasting and doubling the speed limit. The park advertises a beach, but the truth is you can't use the beaches because people line their boats up on them, preventing you from accessing the water unless you have a boat. The pool is nice. There are multiple bath houses. The amenities are slightly misleading. There is no pet area, and the pictures of the beach must have been taken in the winter when it is too cold to use it.

I visited Thur-Sun in late January. I called in the morning needing a place for 3 nights. They were booked full but have one site they keep empty for emergencies, which they rented to me for a short stay. The facility is old but well maintained. The staff were friendly to me. My site was gravel and the streets are paved. Most sites have manufactured homes, double-wides, with a few RV sites here and there. Some have a lake view. The resort was quiet during my stay. Restrooms and showers were old and clean. I had poor AT&T service which faded in and out. Wifi is available only in the pubic building, not throughout the park. Two miles to London Bridge, there's a walking/bike path the whole way.

Excellent pool and entertainment. Did some line dancing here as well. Knew a friend in the resort to get us into the activities.

This RV park is highly over priced. They had construction going on and did not tell us about it prior to our stay. Nice location but lots of vehicles and fulltime residents. The man next to us was running a motorcycle /handyman business out of his spot and had taken over some of our site. The security person at the gate was very informative and friendly.

Nice and quite, nice RV Park. Public showers probably haven't been updated or repaired in a long time. The laundry area is nice. Nice pool and jacuzzi!

Awesome “resort” (it’s a RV trailer park) but what an awesome location and view of Lake Havasu. Well run office, nice pool-spa, horseshoe pits, clubhouse, great security/guard station! It’s the place to be for an amazing vacation! VictorB
