It's so so, not very secure and the lots fir storage are dirt. Some your rig gets destroyed with dust and mud splash from when it rains. There's also spiders that will seek shelter in your rig.

This location continues to amaze me! We've been coming here for over 20 years. It's grown so much! You have multiple types of accommodations! Pool, K9 park, store, arcade! Cafe with outdoor sitting, beer and vittles! It's a nice escape from the daily routine! But yet still within driving distance of many, many attractions! Very relaxing once you are all settled in! It's a great time, and the great memories that you make are all up to you!😉
