Location & Surroundings
Located in the charming town of Benson, Arizona, the park is situated at an elevation of approximately 3,500 feet, providing a climate that is slightly cooler than the nearby desert basins. The resort sits near the San Pedro River, which serves as a critical wildlife corridor for migratory birds. The surrounding area is characterized by vast horizons and a slower pace of life that appeals to retirees seeking a quiet, natural setting away from the city noise.
Amenities & Park Features
The resort-style amenities are designed to foster socialization and comfort for every guest. The heated outdoor pool and spa serve as the central gathering point for the community, while the large clubhouse hosts organized activities, crafts, and billiards. Practical needs are well-covered with spacious full hookup sites that accommodate large rigs, alongside modern laundry facilities, a fitness center, and a dedicated dog run for those traveling with pets.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Exploration is easy with several of Arizona's most famous historic sites just a short drive away. Visitors often spend the day touring the limestone rooms at Kartchner Caverns State Park or stepping back in time in the legendary town of Tombstone. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the San Pedro House, which offers miles of hiking trails and some of the best birdwatching opportunities in the entire Southwest region.
Who This Park Is Best For
This resort is an ideal choice for active seniors and snowbirds who value a sense of community over a transient roadside experience. It caters to travelers who enjoy a mix of outdoor recreation and indoor social events. If you are looking for a well-kept desert oasis that offers both quiet solitude and the chance to make lasting friendships, this park provides the perfect Arizona backdrop for your travels.

I was part of a craft and vendor show that's held every 2nd Saturday of the month. Lots of vendors with great items! In January, I'll have crocheted items plus Pampered Chef products for sale.

My friend lives here. It is a WONDERFUL community. There is an indoor swimming pool and a 2nd pool that is outdoor. There is a club house and they have organized activities/functions. Can do long-term trailer space rental or bring your RV for short time or long time rental.

Peaceful, well-maintained RV park with lots of permanent park models. Fenced dog park, one indoor pool and spa, and a second outdoor pool. Lots of things to do within 60 mile radius. Convenience store next door with two fast food counters inside. Great walking trails, and mountain views all around.

55 plus community. We stayed in May and had no problems getting a pull thru site. Sites are pretty spacious and well kept. Pool looked refreshing but we didn't use it. They have a cable box for free cable. Just need to ask at the desk and put a deposit on the equipment and they reimburse you when you check out. Everyone was friendly. The camp host took us to our site and helped me get into the spot. Would stay here again. We have a 40 ft 5th wheel and had plenty of room for the dually, our car and motorcycle.
