This is right on the Bay. Great location, family friendly, reasonably priced. It's not a Marriott, so I wasn't disappointed with the rooms. The big attraction is this incredible location, and you can actually walk around on the property and don't feel like you're hanging out in a parking lot. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're going to the Coast on a budget, this is your place. It doesn't have that grimey run down feeling like some of the other small independent owned hotels in town.

I love this place. I have actually been staying in a privately owned unit on the motel side for the past month while visiting the area, but can attest to the motel grounds and how incredibly helpful and considerate the manager, Mark, is. The location is great as it is right on the water and allows you to see an incredible sunrise every day. A motel stay always reminds me of being a kid, and this trip has definitely brought back some memories. Really cool place with great management.

We just stayed here last week and we hated to leave. Our first night we were in a small, pull-thru campsite, but when we asked to move across the street to a different site, the staff was more than happy to let us move. We absolutely loved our second spot, as it was right under several live oaks and was quite spacious. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds were well kept. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to the costal bend!

I haven’t ever been to a cleaner resort! Rooms are immaculate, super clean, smelled fresh, and the set up was absolutely professional. What the rooms didn’t have the front desk had by request (like a hair dryer). They had fresh hot coffee in the office in the morning. The park itself is quiet and friendly maintenance men. Office lady’s are positive and put you in a great mood every time. Housekeeping just blows us away. Motel rooms, Kitchenettes, and suites. My family has stayed in them all numerous times and I will forever be a huge fan of the Sandollar!
