2 stars only because the staff were very friendly and kept the place very clean. The place is literally steps away from the 101. Some reviews said the 12 ft barrier wall helped block highway noise. It doesn't. Very odd place for an RV park. Friend couldn't put his awning out because it would hit his neighbor. Can't recommend at all.

We stay here every year and we love the location. Short bike ride to beach and state street. Also bathrooms/showers are nice and private. Staff is always friendly and price is reasonable.

I’ve driven past this place for years but never had the need to stop in. This week I needed a place to stay for a few days during a construction project. Yes it’s close to freeway, but that’s the point- it’s in a busy tourist town and provides a convenient, clean and friendly environment. From the initial conversation on the phone for reservations to a quick introduction when I arrived, they are focused on what they can provide and what you can do rather than some places that are all about restrictions. it is clean and well maintained. I imagine as a tourist coming through for a couple days. This would be a great base camp.

Great little RV park. Super friendly staff. The freeway was a non issue. Was a great stay and so close to beach and pier!

It’s a very small Rv park, I mean small! No place to walk your dog unless you want to walk through an undesirable neighborhood! its a clean gravel and cement Rv park. Bathroom/shower (2) need an update.its an overnight rv park. Nothing to do there since it’s RIGHT off the freeway and the undesirable neighborhood. Wasn’t my kind of campground sorry to say.

Nice and cozy RV Park Positive: Clean premises By car very near to the center Very friendly staff Negative: Very near to route 101 and therefore pretty loud (for us it is was totally fine, but we are not sensitive)

The location is a polarizing conversation. On the one hand you're close to and accessibly quick to pretty much anything in Santa Barbara. That, because you're 50 feet and a 9 foot wall away from the 101 Freeway. But then, you're 50 feet away from the 101...... Forget doing anything outside unless you are ok with yelling to converse. The noise is outrageously bad for an RV park. Even off peak hours it is a steady stream of cars, trucks and motorcycle wizzing and/or screaming by. For us it's ok. We don't care much about amenities and we liked the central location but you will not spend your time here having family fun outside your coach. You're in a 90 decibel environment under good conditions. You will also not get a pool, clubhouse, dog run or any now expected RV park niceties. 22 lots, weird, urban layout, old bathrooms and laundry. Both are serviceable but they won't remind you of the last RV "resort" you went to. This is a bare bones RV park with severe limitations. All that said, staff was great, price was right and you really are 10 minutes from almost anything in town. We may even be back because of that but it won't be because the park itself is nice, it isn't but hop in your car and downtown Santa Barbara, beaches and the like are a stones throw away and at a reasonable price.

Everyone here is very kind and helpful. The staff is very attentive and responsive. Santa Barbara is so beautiful, and this site is very close to the beaches and so many attractions. Thank you for taking care of us while we’re here.

Enrique was very kind! They were unable to book me for all the nights of my stay, so I had two reservations with a missing Saturday night. Something else opened up including the Saturday night and he was so kind and generous that he refunded me Friday night as well as Sunday onward, even though I was canceling inside the cancelation window. He got a Friday last minute booking and actually called me to very kindly congratulate me on a full refund. You don't see customer service like his much these days. It made my day, since I am camping all winter, and it gets expensive.

This is a great place to stop for a break. They have showers and laundry facilities. Full hook ups. Some pull through spots. Very clean. Close to downtown and beaches. The staff are super friendly and very helpful.
