If you book a cabin or tent, don't expect to sleep on the terrible mattress. The pillows dont exist. It says sheets are included but they aren't and you won't be able to contact anyone because they don't answer the phone or return calls.

Our site was perfect and clean. The pool was great and clean. The bathroom's were horrible dirty beyond camp bathrooms there was a clump of something in a sink from Friday to Monday gross . Three toilets and 3 showers not enough ( one shower in men’s room and a toilet in woman’s was out of order the whole time) we let Michael know about gross toilet he did his best to clean it and apologized still gross but at least he tried it desperately needs new bathrooms. I would not recommend this place unless you have your own bathroom.

This campground is beautiful and well maintained. The location is convenient to all the town, race track and SPAC. The staff could not be friendlier or any more accommodating and helpful. They are awesome especially Mike and Erin and entire staff were welcoming, accommodating to any thing we needed and super friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

We camped here for a concert at SPAC. Very convenient location, but still far enough outside of Saratoga to be peaceful. Excellent campground for families with young children as long as you are pretty self contained, especially in the bathroom department. In fact, the bathrooms are my biggest issue here. There's only one building near the pool (makes sense) offering toilets and showers. Specifically, the men's room features two urinals, two toilets, and three showers (although one was out of order). The facilities were clean (most importantly), but in need of a refresh. If you're on the far end of the campground and staying long enough to fill your tanks, you'd better sign up for the "honey wagon." I don't know the cost, as we didn't fill our tanks. Speaking of which, for those camping in the front of the campground, getting to the dump station can be a bit of a trick, especially on a Sunday when everyone is checking out (hint: you have to go back into the campground, make a loop, and then get in line to dump). All this considered, we did enjoy our stay, and would return if there are any other summer concerts in our future. One last observation: it was refreshing to find a privately owned campground that doesn't cater exclusively to seasonal campers.

We found this place on a whim, and it was a great find! Our were at site #3 had plenty of room for our 37 foot trailer with a slide out. All the RV’er amenities were great. The store l, the pool, park, fishing pond and walking trail. All sites are water and electric but they offer a honey dipper service that is free the first time and only $15 each after. That is so much cheaper than some other campgrounds we’ve gone to. Also met the new manager, Mike, who was so welcoming and nice and filled us in on some of the renovations they’ll be working on. And to top it all off they had a local coffee company come in Saturday and Sunday and we were able to get some amazing lattes and coffee from Boutique & Coffee! We cannot wait to go back!

We called the campground on a Thursday looking for a last-minute Friday overnight stay. While all tent sites were booked, they went out of their way to accommodate us and found a spot. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was a great experience for our family and young kids. They loved the pool, splash pad, putt-putt, and playground. The pond was beautiful as well, we spent a lot of time walking around it and fishing. This is a charming local campground—not a five-star resort, have the correct expectations. Perfect for a fun and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Super convenient camp ground, well maintained with a fun relaxing rustic feel but close to everything. This year we decided we were done with hotels for business trips so bought our own little hotel room on wheels and started researching campgrounds near our common conference destinations. Just 12 minutes from downtown this campground was at the top of the list. And after this weekend will definitely stay here the next time we need to visit the Saratoga Springs area during camping season. Check in was easy, staff was friendly, scheduled our pump out service before leaving the office/store area so knew we were all set for the weekend. The sand beach and water visible from our pull through site were peaceful. The rules were reasonable but maybe a little lax? It was reasonably quiet after dark which was nice. We loved our site and it looked like most sites were very spacious which is why it confused us why our neighbors kept crossing over into our site - not the campgrounds fault but here's a helpful camping etiquette tip - if you have to step over another campers hose & electric line, you are on their site... jicydk We loved that the campground was so dog friendly, but were a little curious about the 6 dogs on our neighbor's site but they seemed to just be visiting. Hope to visit again when it's warmer, the pool looked great! But it was a bit chilly and rainy. Loved this campground and it is perfect for what we needed. Looking forward to next year already!

If I could give zero stars I would. This campground is ill maintained. Children are running all over the campground. A fight broke out late at night with vulgar language and after quiet hours. Bathrooms were FILTHY and despite the Halloween activities it appears nothing was organized and after paying to stay the campground charged to walk through a haunted trail of all “volunteers”. The management was very unfriendly however some campers were friendly. I will not be back again.

This past weekend was absolutely amazing. It was so much fun. The kids had a blast. I just wish people would slow down. And I wish the bathrooms were kept cleaner.

Recently stayed for the Dave Matthews Band weekend at SPAC. Noel at the front desk was awesome. Super helpful and kind. Shasta, the manager is always a pleasure to deal with. Our site was #53 very level, close to the lake on the property. All of the amenities are well kept and the showers take a few minutes to warm up but give a great hot shower. The little camp store had reasonably priced items and this girl had forgotten her coffee! We will definitely be back =) PS as this was a concert weekend we didn't haver our kids but they have a playground, mini golf and pool, which when we do bring our kids, they are going to love. Very chill vibe !
