We used the campground, so we didn't have a provided room. The pool and hot tub were busy, but clean. The front desk was quick and answered any questions we had. The campground was quiet and everyone there was super friendly. We had a great time at the village and the restaurant on site was amazing!

If you don't mind hearing the train in the distance it's a great campground! They have a splash pad in the campground and during the hours of 10-2 and 3-7 you can swim in the hotels pool.

We stayed at the campground and had a real nice time. The lot was a normal size lot that was mostly level. The shower house was clean and modern. The ability to use the pool and hot tub in the hotel was a added benefit.

It's clean, quiet and the camping spots are not on top of each other. They have a catch and release pond and walking trail. You can go swimming in the indoor pool at the hotel.

Great place to camp. Very clean and well cared for. It's very family friendly but nice and quiet too. If ever in the area again would definitely stay here.

This is one of our fav places to camp. It’s close to our home, and although we live in the country, camping here forces us to stop with the never ending chores at home and slow down for quality family time!

Very clean campground. This was our second time staying here. We would camp here again. This place is safe and welcoming. We are at the barn for dinner. It's an Amish type of restaurant. We did the buffet. We brought muffins and cinnamon rolls in the bakery in the morning we were leaving. We went through the village the first time we stayed. You can hear the trains that go through town, but we enjoy the sound. We have a train that goes near our home occasionally, so we are used to it. No highway traffic noise. We were here for three nights, so we didn't use the laundry. Our camper has a shower, so we didn't use the shower house either.

We stayed here October 2021, this being our second stay, first was Oct. 2019. The campground is very well maintained. Our full hook up site had a gravel driveway. The area has a tendency to stay wet after the rain; the grassy area behind our site was still soggy although it had not rained for a couple days. The trains go through the area through out the night. This became increasingly noticeable each nite. My opinion is, if you are coming to Sauder Village to go through the Historic Village and plan to use the additional hotel amenities this is definitely a great place (we did all this during our first trip). If you are looking for the camping experience a nearby State Park (Harrison Lake) could be more to your liking.

We love it here! It is clean, beautiful, and quite. Great place to relax. It has a fun splash pad for the kids, fishing, walking trails and old fashioned museum that has hands on activities!

Very clean with plenty of activities for the kids! The splash pad and indoor pool were great! Easy check-in process. Full hook-up sites could use some trees for shade and appearance, but this is minor. Overall highly recommend.
