Like everyone else has mentioned, the view is stunning. You are up on a cliff overlooking the ocean and mountains on the other side of the bay. The staff are helpful and friendly. The site is about 45 minutes from Soldotna and around 1 1/2 hours to Homer. We stayed here twice and would definitely stay again.

Friendly place. Million Dollar Views. Hook up, Laundry and Shower. Place was clean and maintained. I could sit and look over the Cook for hours.

Most spectacular views from our campsite we've enjoyed. This park is high on a bluff overlooking the Cook Inlet, so on clear days you have a sixty mile vista to the mountains on the opposite shore. Nicely maintained grass sites, friendly owners and all basic amenities - at a fair price (summer 2025). We enjoyed it so much we returned on our way back from Homer for another stay.

Nice terraced campground so many people can get a great view, but there is common space by the fence for everyone to enjoy the view. Tent area is also near the fence. 30 amp and water at nearly all sites and full hookups at the others. Good water pressure. Clean bathhouse has one toilet separate from one walk-in shower, but sink in the common area has no hot water (for shaving or whatnot). Two commercial washers and dryers. $3 to wash and $.25 for 6 minutes of dry. Took about. $1.50 for my clothes to dry.

This small campground is a hidden gem. The views are amazing. The bath house and laundry is small, but immaculately clean. This place lives up to its name as Scenic. One of the nicest campgrounds we have ever stayed at.

We had no idea where we were going when we made this reservation, we just needed hookups and laundry and needed to be close or to Homer. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to our site to this! Well, not quite. The view was rainy and cloudy, still a beautiful view of Cook Inlet. Our last morning there- Surprise! Mt. Redoubt was visible and more than I could have imagined!!! They have FHU’s available or u can choose what we did and take W/E and dump at their dump station to have this view- all for $45/night. Did I mention they have a laundry facility and shower/bathroom for 1? It’s a very small campground, but a place you would not want to miss!

Hidden gem, amazing views, $45/night, close spaces spots but only a couple spots taken when we were here in mid-July. Clean shower, restroom and laundry building. Sites level, upper section has full hookup with 30amp, lower half water and 30amp. Road noise almost non-existent even though fairly close due distance wise. Has central community fire pit and dump station.

Fantastic campground as a whole! The views are beautiful, the camping spots are grassy rather than dusty, they have electricity and water, on top of all that they have a very clean bath house that is included with your stay. The owner is very friendly and accomodating and we will definitely be back!

Unbelievable views. Small park, but several sites that will accept 40 ft rigs. About half have FHU w/30amp. The others have elec and water. Sites are level On a bluff overlooking Cook Inlet with great views of the mountains to the west. Stupendous sunsets. I am amazed it isn't full all the time (my guess is because they aren't in the mile-by-mile bible that everyone seems to stick with). The town of Ninilchik is a nice place. A moose wanders thru every evening and morning.
